The Riverside is right in the middle of Las Olas! You cannot buy a better location! Restaurants and bars surround the hotel and the famous water taxi stop is just blocks away!
The hotel is about 5.5 miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport and plan on 20 minutes travel time.
Does the hotel offer shuttle services to and from Fort Lauderdale Airport?
No, but the concierge can arrange shuttles at extra costs. Around $25 for up to 3 passengers.
The hotel offers Bon Voyage Packages with a $30 transport credit.

The hotel is about 4 miles from the terminals at Port Everglades and plan on 15-20 minutes travel time.

Metered Taxis are not recommended due to the draw bridges and railroad tracks between the hotel and Port Everglades. If unlucky you may sit there watching the meter run while waiting for boats and train to cruise by!

Restaurants and Bars
Does the hotel offer onsite dining and entertainment?
Absolutely! You have no less than 5 onsite restaurants and bars to choose from! The Boathouse is uniquely located along the water…give it a try!
And if you have an appetite for something different, just walk out the door and look left or right for many Las Olas options – all within easy walking distance!
Standard rooms in the newer Executive Tower (above the parking garage) are generally preferred over standard rooms in the Original Tower.
Be aware – do not assume anything is complimentary! Bottled water cost $7, etc.
The Original Tower has two types of rooms:
- Most are Standard with either a King, A Queen or Two Queen Beds
- There are two one-bedroom suites featuring a balcony overlooking Las Olas, a bedroom with a King bed and a living room with a wet bar (sink). The sleeper couch can sleep two. These two suites are just above the entrance doors!
The Executive Tower has four types of rooms:
- Standard with one King or two Queen beds. These have river views.
- Standard with one King or two Queen beds and a balcony.
- Standard with one King or two Queen beds and a wrap-around corner balcony.
- Four One-bedroom suites on the 12th floor featuring a wrap-around corner alcony, a bedroom with a King or Queen bed and a living room with a wet bar (sink). The sleeper couch can sleep two.
Does the hotel offer pools?
Yes, a heated outdoor pool with pool service. Note the location is across the road next to the River – a bit of a walk!
